RULES OF STAY AND PARTICIPATING IN CHESS FIGHT NIGHT CLUB EVENTS AND REGULAR TOURNAMENTS
People to participate in tournaments, events and stay in the ChessFightNight chess center are the following not allowed:
  • persons in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication (in this case the medical examination is not required, the decision is made by the organizer independently at his discretion);
  • in dirty clothes, frowsy, having draggled appearance;
  • in a bad mood who are aggressive and unfriendly;
  • persons who are in non-public black book of the organizers (Telegram channel, personal list);
  • causing material damage (e.g. damage to club property, careless handling of clocks, etc.), reputational damage to the club and moral damage to the organizers both verbally or using messengers and the Internet;
  • persons entering into written and verbal disputes, debates with the organizers, judges of CFN tournaments both before the tournaments, during them and after the competitions;
  • taking unauthorized photos and videos in the club;
  • persons who are in non-public black book of the organizers (Telegram channel, personal list);
  • persons distributing advertisements without the approval of the organizers.
The organizers have the right to refuse participation:
  • for persons who have not played in the club, including for more than 1 (one) month;
  • for head dressed players (permissible only by agreement with the organizers or with CFN symbols);
  • for persons wearing hostile symbols apparels
Discounts on payment of the fee:
  • the club management has the right to set a discount at its individual discretion.
Responsibility of the competitors:
  • By taking part in the competitions organized by Chess Fight Night club, the user confirms that he/she has no contraindications and prohibition to play chess, bears full personal responsibility for his/her actions, as well as for his/her life and health.
  • In case of an accident during the tournament or in connection with it, the user voluntarily and undoubtedly gives up any material and other claims and demands to the organizers of chess tournaments.
These rules are created to preserve the most favorable and friendly atmosphere for the regular participants of CFN events and tournaments.
Persons not participating in the tournament are not allowed to be in the playing hall.
